Can I change my shipping address?
- If you accidentally entered the wrong address at checkout please send an email to email@example.com ASAP to get it corrected before your package is sent out. If your package was already sent out, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a reshipment. A fee will be charged at the shopper's expense to cover the cost of shipping and some items may have to be repurchased. Please be diligent with addresses when checking out.
When will my order ship?
- Please allow up to 10 business days, Monday through Friday, (as all items are handmade to order) after your order date for your order to be made and shipped out.
When can I expect my order?
- After the processing time, which can take up to 10 days, shipping speeds vary. Shipping in the U.S. can take anywhere between 3-7 days and international shipping takes 1-3 weeks depending on destination, these numbers are just estimates and actually delivery times may take longer. Please keep in mind international shipping may take longer due to delays caused by customs, weather, etc. Shipments around the months of November through January may take longer than usual due to the holidays.
My tracking hasn't updated in a couple of days, what now?
- If you are a U.S. customer and your tracking information does not update for more than 5 days, please give USPS a phone call at 1(800)-275-8777 and provide them with your tracking number. USPS will be able to help you get the package back into transit.
Can I return or exchange my order?
- All items are handmade to order specially for you so exchanges and returns are not available.
My item arrived damaged, can I get a new one?
- If your item was damaged during shipment, please send an email to email@example.com within 7 days of arrival to arrange a reshipment. A fee will NOT be charged for the reshipment of a prematurely damaged product.
