Domestic Returns:

NOTE: Orders placed with a discount code of 35% off or greater are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Marked down items and custom items are final sale and cannot be returned. 
 
We gladly accept exchanges or returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery.

Please visit our returns portal at https://chvker.loopreturns.com.  

All items must be returned in unused/unworn condition with original packaging. A shipping and handling fee of $6.95 will be deducted from your return. We do not provide refunds on shipping costs.
 
Once your exchange or return is received, it will be thoroughly inspected by our team. If your exchange or return is received with visible wear or damage, we will refuse the exchange or return. 
  
Chvker Jewelry reserves the right to refuse exchanges or returns at any time. 

International Returns:

Unfortunately, we do not allow exchanges, returns or refunds for international orders.
